Establishing & maintaining a bank of cycle trainers who deliver; quality and fun training to Year 6 pupils. Trainers who enthuse kids and show them how easy it is to achieve anything they put their minds to.  Also, calming Stan down at heated meetings.

Being on the same level as the kids and knowing how to get the very best out of them.
