Glow & Go is Autumn's Bike to School Week. We want to encourage cycling all year round, and getting started with Bike to School Week is a great way to begin.
In the winter it is even more important to check your bike and be seen, so this is the emphasis of Glo and Go. We're also working with b-active to promote year round healthy living.
Pupils can win prizes for cycling in - the schools decide how these work - all students will get a reflective sticker if they cycle - or scooter for infant schools. Schools can win prizes of £100 or £150 of sports equipment.
We are also running a Bike Detective during the week where 100 of the best maintained bikes will win a prize and go forward for a prize draw to win of of 10 RAM FM famil bike carriers.
