Details

Free monthly Cycle Derby BMX Coaching at Alvaston BMX track between 10am - 1pm.

signed consent forms are needed for under 16's - these are available on the day.

Full face helmets and gloves must be worn. Bike, helmets and gloves are available for hire - free - but availability is limited so call 715147 to book early.

Long sleeve tops and full leg trousers are highly recommended.

Riders take part at their own risk.
