Since September Cycle Derby has delivered Bikeability Level Two to 411 year six children and 194 children from years four and five have completed their Bikeability Level One.
Take up has been phenomenal, with some schools nearing 100% participation. We’ve trained more children by Christmas than we had last year and we anticipate that by July we should have far exceeded last years grand total of children trained.
If your school’s not had training yet, ask your teachers to get in touch with us and hopefully you'll see our cycle trainers pedalling up to your school soon. If you don’t go to school in Derby and would like to have a go at Bikeability keep your eyes peeled for our school holiday training sessions.
