Roll up, roll up and sign up for our Summer Holiday Activities!
Once again Cycle Derby are putting on a jam packed calendar of summer holiday cycling activities.
We will have the immensely popular Learn to Ride sessions at parks across the city. These are open to anyone of any age to teach them how to ride a bike. You just need to bring your own bike and plenty of enthusiasm.
We will also be putting on Cycle Training sessions. These will run for one hour every day for a week. Those completing the course will receive their Bikeability Level 2 certificate and coveted badge.
Cycle Derby offers cycling clubs during every school holiday and this summer will be no exception. The club activities give children aged from 8 to 14 the chance to take part in skill sessions, BMX racing, trips out to areas of local interest and the opportunity to mountain bike in what is described as a "mud filled extravaganza"!
Alongside the usual activities, this summer together with the School Travel Plan team we are offering a brand new fun filled activity. Scootability is suitable for kids from 2 to 200! So why not join us to practise you scooter skills? Just bring your scooter or borrow one of ours and learn to Scoot you Route!
