Whatever your age or ability, we can help get you cycling...
Adult Lessons
We are currently offering FREE adult 1 to 1 sessions to help get you cycling - whether that's learning to ride for the 1st time, gaining confidence to commute or building skills to ride with the kids...
Inclusive Cycling
Our fleet of 40 specially adapted cycles means we can get anyone, of any age or ability, riding. From 1 to 1 and group sessions, adapted bike hire, and inclusive PE lessons for schools, we have options to suit everyone!
Learn to Ride
We offer Learn to Ride sessions for age 5+ during school holidays, for kids getting onto 2 wheels for the first time, or for those who have not quite mastered it. Keep an eye on our Holiday page and social media for details...
Bikeability Level's 1 & 2
Taught in schools, as well as during our holiday activity programmes, Bikeability 1 & 2 teaches kids from 9 years old the fundamentals of riding confidently on the roads.
